Experience Summary: A hands-free, eyes-free smart mobile app for tollway customers

Managed implementation of a distraction-free mobile app for tollway customers as a pilot program for a large mid-west tollway agency. The app uses GPS on the phone as it announces in real-time any issues with traffic, toll payment related information or missed toll payment notifications, or safety alerts such as a low-clearance bridge on the way, a few miles ahead.
